TERMS & CONDITIONS
I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:
- I have read the return & shipping policy.
- I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 5-7 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
- I confirm that I have ordered the correct color, size and quantity.
- I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
- I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
- I understand that If the package is delivered; any loss is the responsibility of UPS.
- I understand that Humble Flourish Brand is not responsible for any stolen packages and or missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. or UPS
- Any items returned to sender for incorrect address, will be returned via merchandise credit - less the shipping cost.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive order.
All orders are shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS
* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed within 15 days of order delivery date.
* Return Authorization is required for all items being returned.
* Return Authorization request for any damaged items must be made within 15 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
* Customer's will be responsible for $8 return shipping on any exchanges
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
* NO EXCEPTIONS.
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. Information required for Return/Exchange:
* Contact Name
* E-mail Address
* Order #
* Order Date
* Style# for Return/Exchange Item
* Quantity for Each Style#
* Reason for Return/Exchange
2. E-mail the above information to receive an approval for your Return/Exchange.
3. Once Return Authorization is received, ship the item(s) to House of Rehab.
4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation and invoiced for $8 Return shipping.
